Beyond Integrative PT, formerly known as Dr. Carr Integrative Physical Therapy has been an established place of healing in downtown Santa Monica since 2012.

The start of this journey came from her heart and so the path continues to meander. Dr. Carr’s intention was and still is to provide a sanctuary of healing that feels more like home, treating every patient like family. Positively impacting each patient’s health and well-being. Often times we go beyond one’s physical injury they originally sought treatment for. Going deeper than expected yet receiving a more whole experience that heals layers of injuries that came before.

We will continue to expand our services and treatments based on our growing knowledge and expertise. As we too are on a life-long health journey sharing and experiencing this existence. Body, mind and spirit.
