Do you take insurance?
We are an Out of Network Provider for physical therapy services including but not limited to Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and United Healthcare plans.
Your insurance may still cover part of your physical therapy services depending on your out of network plan.
If you aren’t sure, call your insurance carrier to find out.
What is a Super bill?
If you have a PPO, we will provide a super bill each session that you can submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Your insurance carrier will reimburse you directly.
Each super bill reflects the appropriate diagnosis codes, procedural codes, and charges required for insurance submission.
What are your billing options?
Payments are made up front. We accept Zelle, cash, check, credit card, debit, HSA (Health Savings Account) debit cards or check.
